After seeing a production of ANNIE at the age of 3, Kimberly was inspired to live creatively and celebrate curiosity and imagination. Kimberly is a producer, director and educator whose credits include Broadway, Off-Broadway, national tours and regional theatres across the country. Her passion for audience experiences and youth advocacy have driven her work for over twenty years. 

On Broadway, Kimberly worked on productions that earned 19 Tony Award nominations combined. Her Off-Broadway and regional credits include Manhattan Theatre Club, Roundabout Theatre Company, Atlantic Theatre Company, Women’s Project, Epic Theatre Ensemble, Center Theatre Group (Los Angeles, CA), Williamstown Theatre Festival (Williamstown, MA), Know Theatre of Cincinnati  (Cincinnati, OH), Springer Opera House (Columbus, GA), Playhouse on the Square (Memphis, TN), Omaha Playhouse, Rave On Productions (Omaha, NE) and more!

Mentored by Ron Anderson (Springer Opera House), Kimberly created educational programming for the Springer Theatre Academy, founded the Henry Fonda Theatre Academy and co-founded the McGuigan Arts Academy. She most recently served as Artistic & Education Director for Rave On Productions, home of the McGuigan Arts Academy. Previous students that Kimberly directed or taught are now professionals working in theatre, film, television, education, psychology, otolaryngology and even immigration law. Learn more here! 

In 2024 Kimberly became a Coach Training Alliance certified coach and founded Your Empowerment Studio, LLC (YES!). Whether a student is navigating social challenges, educational transitions or seeking growth, Kimberly is excited to help your student embrace their badassery!
